The app is largely just pointers to webviews of existing content. Much of that content is old.

Great app extremely user-friendly and up-to-date information available at your fingertips. The app does a great job of combining medical knowledge and real world information into one compact area. This is an excellent app for residents/fellows with an internal medicine background. Informative and educational, the "10 minute rounds" are great!! Very user friendly, makes calculations simple unlike some of the other apps out there. Highly recommended.

It is a must app for internist. Very useful in daily practice for calculations and reference. It also has guidelines for work up and treatment of common conditions. There are videos on many topics. It is the app I use in hospital medicine every day.

Excellent app for internal medicine physicians. Some of the best features of the app are educational content is evidence based and uptodate . For all nephrology related -clinical trials, research , study publications and current guidelines for treatment I find this app extremely useful . Has several resources and user friendly interface makes it easy to access them . If I miss any internal medicine grand rounds I can watch them online anytime .Highly recommend . 5 stars !!

I am a graduating Renal fellow and have been using this app since I began fellowship. This is a fantastic app for all IM residents and must for all renal fellows. Its a wonderful resource on the go for daily renal issues. It helped me find a job and makes interaction with various companies and recruiters super easy, on your finger tips. Had the chance to work with Dr. Desai personally, and his app is a perfect reflection of his teaching style. Methodical and straight forward, the app does a great job of explaining all things renal in the clinical setting. It also has some really useful evidence-based calculators for medical management. For all those med students out there, use this during your nephrology rotation and you will sound more like a fellow than a student.
